He works to provide a quality experience for each and every customer, with his personal attention to each and every customer being the secret to their success. Kevin Schwartzenberger has a great love for the food industry, and specifically in servicing the customer. He started Catering by Kevin back in 1982 when he saw a real need for people to experience a quality catered event at an affordable price. He and his brother Rob currently run Catering by Kevin. They both take great pride in creating a catering experience that is easy and seamless for the client, that delivers hot delicious food on time and is facilitated by a friendly and helpful staff onsite.

Kevin feels lucky that his career is also his passion. He loves the food and catering industry, working with the clients, and running his own business. When he’s not found in the kitchen or planning an event, he can be found out on one of the Great Lakes water skiing with his wife Laurie or snowboarding up north in the winter.
